Anti-theft bags come in all sizes, shapes and designs. Numerous bag manufacturers are offering products that help business travellers keep their valuables and their identity safe. The variety of products is increasing, the designs are improving.

Not long ago, a bag that was hard to steal or slash with a knife was hard to find. Then the well-known TrustBag was launched – a product line of bags that are made of extremely strong materials and that can be locked to any structure – safe from criminals. But why do safe and good-looking seem so hard to combine?

The latest product lines of anti-theft bag show that even safe bags can be stylish. Many of these latest bags offer protection against RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) reading devices, so your personal information cannot be shared without your consent. Even some fashionable handbags are now made from anti-slash fabric or wire webbing. Some come with a couple of hidden pockets to store your cash and phone. Also, the latest anti-theft bags have a locking system, both for zippers and straps, so that you can chain your bag to your chair.
