Orlando International Airport is the first US airport to welcome travellers from visa waiver countries with biometric kiosks to expedite the arrival experience.

Arrive in Orlando? Land, touch & go!Passengers with the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) approval can go straight through these self-service kiosks and help themselves through the entry procedures.

When you arrive on an international flight, just go to the kiosk, complete your Customs Declaration Form on a touch-screen and have your passport read and fingerprints and facial images captured. Local authorities call this the ‘land, touch, go’ concept that enhances the arrival experience.

The chairman of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority believes the new facility will shorter waiting queues. “Reducing the times for arrival processing enhances the customer’s Orlando experience and makes Orlando an even more attractive global destination.”
