Waiting for a flight on Scottish Edinburgh airport just became a pleasant experience. Local Scottish brewer BrewDog is launching an airport bar where guests can sample a range of beers from its Aberdeenshire-based brewery as well as special craft beers from all over the world.

BrewDog’s airport bar, located in the terminal’s brand-new extension, will be known for its selection of craft beers and its good food. The bar is one of many new outlets that are to be opened after the €91 million expansion project was completed.

Scotland’s busiest airport handles 13.4 million passengers per year. According to AirportWorld, the CEO of Edinburgh Airport wants to offer its passengers a taste of modern Scotland. “Working with one of the country’s most successful breweries certainly does that.” Edinburgh is BrewDog’s first airport venue, more are likely to follow.
