Directly with us online or via your travel agent
Arrange the upgrade
If you have booked your ticket online;
go to your account via this webpage and login, then go to the 'Manage trips' section and either choose Air France or KLM.
If you have booked your ticket with your travel agent;
ask your designated travel agent to arrange the upgrade with payment in blue credits.

In this case you cannot upgrade your ticket. A ticket issued by a travel agent can only be upgraded by your travel agent.

I have booked a Business Class ticket directly, so no upgrade. Can I participate in this campaign?
This campaign has been created to promote the possibility of using your blue credits for upgrades. Therefore only upgrades on intercontinental flights paid with blue credits are included in the promotion.

Can I get the cash back before I have booked the upgrade?
You should have enough blue credits in your account at the moment you arrange the upgrade. Only after you have paid for the upgrade with blue credits, can you apply for the Credit Back promotion.

I have bought an upgrade with cash payment or with Flying Blue Miles. Can I participate in the campaign?
This campaign has been created to promote the possibility of using your blue credits for upgrades. Therefore only upgrades on intercontinental flights paid with blue credits are included in the promotion.

Is there a limit on how many upgrades you can register in this promotion?
No there is no limit on the number of upgrades you can register in this promotion as long as they are upgrades on intercontinental flights and they are paid with blue credits.

What is the promotional period?
The promotion is valid for all tickets issued from 14 June until 31 August 2022 for travel before 15 September 2022.

What will happen if I cancel my upgrade?
Your refund will depend on your ticket conditions and we will cancel any credits given back as part of this campaign.
