Book an upgrade

Kindly follow the process here in case the ticket was booked on airfrance.com or klm.com. Please use the form below to request an upgrade if the ticket was booked via a travel agent, on delta.com or on virgin.com.

An upgrade can only be requested via this form at least five working days before departure of a flight. The number of blue credits charged for the upgrade is the actual difference in the fare paid for the ticket and the fare of the upgraded ticket and applicable penalty fees. Our service desk team will send you a quote and will ask for your approval to issue the upgrade within one working day.

Kindly note that only the first and official contact person can request an upgrade with blue credits.

We are asking you to provide the name of the official contact, so we can verify that the official contact is requesting an upgrade.
We are asking you to provide the passenger name so we know for which passenger we need to handle the upgrade.
