Can I change the name on a ticket?

Bluebiz members can request a full name change at no charge on tickets issued by Air France or KLM. This service is only available for flights operated by Air France and KLM. Please keep in mind that you can only benefit from the free name change, if the bluebiz number is mentioned in your booking.

A free name change can be requested via your travel agency or by contacting the Air France KLM Customer Service here.

The free name change is eligible for tickets with all types of payment, including blue credits.
