Each time I use the booking tool to book a ticket with blue credits my name is already prefilled but there is a misspelling. How can I update my name?

If you have a My Account and would like to update your name in your profile, login to your My Account on or Click on your profile in the top right corner and then My profile. Your profile will now be displayed. Go to Personal information in the menu on the left, click on Edit and update your details. Click on Save and your new details are stored in your personal account.

If you have a Flying Blue account and want to update your name in your profile, please send an e-mail with a copy of your passport to Flying Blue customer service.
