Change and refund policy

Different policies are in place. The policies below are applicable for tickets paid with blue credits.

Flight cancelled by the airline

Different policies are in place, depending on when your flight was cancelled by the airline. Not sure when your flight was cancelled? Please check the date on which you received our e-mail informing you about the cancellation.

You can change your booking anytime, but it would be especially helpful to us if you would do so before your original travel date.

Rebook your flight

Change your travel dates
• You may change your travel dates without having to pay the change fee.
• Is your new travel date 30 days before or after your original travel date? Then you can rebook for free within the same travel class (Economy Class or Business Class). However, outside of the period mentioned above, a fare difference might apply.

Change your destination
• You may use the full value of your original tickets for new tickets on Air France, KLM, Delta Air Lines and Virgin Atlantic.
• You will not have to pay the change fee. However, a fare difference might still apply.

Cancel the reservation and request a refund

Tickets purchased for flights scheduled on or before 31 March 2022 are refundable if you cancel your booking before the departure of the first flight. For all other tickets, the regular ticket conditions apply. Request a refund via the refund form on bluebiz.com.

If you prefer to postpone your trip, please check your ticket conditions to see if you can rebook your flight or if you’re entitled to a refund. You can find these conditions in the confirmation e-mail you received after booking your flight.
