In your booking confirmation e-mail you will find the conditions for cancelling your ticket. To cancel flights paid with blue credits, simply request a refund using the form below. Please note that all flights in your booking will be cancelled. Your refund request will be processed within 10 working days.

Kindly keep in mind that you can only request a refund for tickets paid with blue credits via the form below. Please contact the airline if your ticket was paid with a different form of payment.
