Air France's A La Carte Menus“Sélection LeNôtre”, “Ocean”, “Tradition” and “Italia” are the four “à la carte” menus available on Air France's long-haul flights on departure from Paris*. Comprising a starter, main dish, cheese and dessert, the menus are renewed every year.

With the “Sélection LeNôtre” meal specially created for Air France by chefs at the famed Maison LeNôtre, customers can now enjoy a zucchini, pepper and parsley terrine, sautéed marinated prawns and pan-fried scallops, or Fragola desserts selected by LeNôtre.

With the “Tradition” menu, customers can enjoy a genuine French fine dining experience. Customers who reserve this menu can enjoy among other choices foie gras terrine with gingerbread, blanquette of veal or a delectable homemade chocolate cake.

The “Ocean” menu offers a subtle and delicate blend of flavours from the sea. Sautéed prawns with ginger, salmon served with sorrel sauce and lemon meringue shortbread are yours to try.

The “Italia” menu offers a range of colourful dishes combining the warm tastes and flavours of sunny Italy, with involtini, pasta stuffed with raw cured ham and cheese and a cappucino tart among the dishes proposed.

“Tradition”, “Ocean” and “Italia” menus featuring new dishes are also available on departure from Cayenne, Fort-de-France, Pointe-à-Pitre and St Denis.

Air France’s A la carte menus, available at a price varying between 12 and 28 euros, or between 4,000 and 8,500 Flying Blue Miles, can be ordered online on airfrance.com at the time of booking in the “View/modify my bookings” section, during online check-in and at our call centres and Air France ticket offices up to 24 hours before departure.
