Mövenpick touches down at Kuala Lumpur International Airport

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts is now also present in Malaysia. Its first property in this country is a hotel and conference centre close to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

The Mövenpick Hotel & Convention Centre KLIA has 333 rooms and suites with the latest in-room technology, TravelWeekly Asia reports. The hotel offers swimming pools, fitness centres and spa facilities that include outdoor spa pods and a tennis court. Mövenpick Hotel & Convention Centre KLIA caters to a range of guests, from transit passengers, tourists and corporate clients and groups.

The new hotel is well-suited for international conventions and business meetings, a market for which it boasts a large convention centre, a 777 square metre circular hall, seven discussion rooms, 10 seminar rooms and a Main Hall. The main hotel building also features four meeting rooms and two boardrooms.
