Economy Basic fare doesn't earn blue credits

Air France and KLM have introduced a new Basic fare in Economy Class for travel from September 9, 2025, to/from ten European destinations. This affordable option is ideal for short trips with small hand luggage that fits under the seat. Larger or additional hand luggage can be booked up to four hours before departure. Flying Blue Ultimate, Platinum, Gold, and Silver members retain their right to free hand luggage.

It's important to note that the Basic fare in Economy Class is excluded from blue credit earnings.
