Wonderful airport interiors

Some airport terminals can be somewhat dull, but some are worth the trip. Their architecture may be amazing, futuristic and fun. Here are some wonderful examples.

Skyscanner compiled a list these amazing airport interiors. On it is the Suvarnabhumi airport in Bangkok, Thailand. In its main course, designed by Helmut Jahn, ancient meets modern minimalism. Interesting detail: the airport has the world's tallest free-standing control tower (123m).
Another example is the Ronald Reagan Washington National airport (USA). This airport terminal has  a classical style, resembling a 1920s railway station. Quite different from the futurism of most major international airports.

Other great examples are Beijing Capital International, China, (second largest airport terminal in the world after Dubai International Airport's Terminal 3), Chicago O'Hare, USA (colourful moving walkways) and Lyon St. Exupery, France, known for its wonderful modern architecture.
