Air France is increasing the number of long-haul services to its leisure destinations. Subject to the relaxation of travel restrictions, the airline now plans to operate up to 98 weekly flights this summer to the French Caribbean, Reunion Island, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Saint-Martin, the Dominican Republic and the Riviera Maya in Mexico.

This summer, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana and Reunion Island will be linked to both Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly, providing connections to the entire Air France short, medium and long-haul network.

Flights will be operated by Boeing 777 and Airbus A330 equipped with the Business, Premium Economy and Economy cabins.

Days of operation, schedules and fares are available for consultation at airfrance.fr.

Before travelling, Air France invites its customers to check the travel restrictions and the documents required on arrival at their destination. For more information, go to airfrance.travel doc.aero.

Still subject to the lifting of travel restrictions, Air France also plans to serve the following overseas, Caribbean and Indian Ocean destinations from Paris-Charles de Gaulle this summer: Antananarivo (Madagascar), Havana (Cuba) and Port-Louis (Mauritius).

With Air France Protect, book with complete peace of mind

As part of its commercial policy, Air France is currently offering fully modifiable tickets for travel until 31 December 2021. Customers can change1 their reservation free of charge, or request a refundable credit voucher2 if they no longer wish to travel. If the flight is cancelled by the airline, customers have the choice of postponing their trip, requesting a full ticket refund or requesting a credit voucher, which is also refundable if not used.

Air France's health commitment

The health and well-being of Air France customers and staff are at the heart of the company's concerns. Air France is committed to providing its customers optimum health and hygiene conditions at each stage of their trip, upon arrival at the airport. On board the aircraft and throughout the duration of the trip, it is compulsory to wear a surgical mask. The air in the cabin is renewed every 3 minutes. The air recycling system on board Air France aircraft is equipped with HEPA - High Efficiency Particulate Air - filters identical to those used in hospital operating rooms. Air France has also reinforced aircraft cleaning procedures, notably with the disinfection of all surfaces in contact with customers such as armrests, tray tables and screens before each flight.

Find a COVID-19 test centre easily

Many countries now require passengers to provide a negative COVID-19 test result to enter their country. To assist customers who need to take this test before their trip, the SkyTeam alliance, of which Air France is a founding member, has developed an interactive map of approved test centres, accessible at airfrance.com. This list is regularly updated and new destinations will be added shortly.

1 Modifications - possibility of changing the date and/or destination of your ticket regardless of the fare conditions until the day of departure of the 1st flight. If the price of the new ticket is higher, the fare difference will be charged to the customer.

2 Refunds - possibility of requesting a ticket refund up to the day of departure of the 1st flight. If the fare conditions of your ticket do not allow a refund, a credit voucher valid for one year will be issued, the refund of which can be requested at any time.
