Information about the promotion and general rules:

• These Terms and Conditions ("the Conditions") apply to the promotion titled ‘ bluebiz double blue credits campaign Q4-2025’ ("the bluebiz promotion").
• The promotion is exclusively available to selected members from France, Netherlands, Italy, United Kingdom, Germany, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Spain, Sweden, Belgium and Poland of the bluebiz programme, who have received a direct email invitation.
• Organized by bluebiz, the Air France and KLM programme reserved for companies whose employees travel on Air France, KLM, and participating airlines the corporate loyalty program of Air France and KLM.
• To participate, eligible bluebiz members must confirm their participation by completing a dedicated web form by 31 December 2025.
• Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is required to be eligible for the campaign.
• The promotion is applicable to all eligible flights in the bluebiz programme, provided that:
  
  • The tickets are issued between 14 October 2025 and 31 December 2025.
  • The flights are completed by 31 December 2025.
• Regular and bonus blue credits* will be credited to the bluebiz account within 1-2 weeks after the flight has been taken. For partner flights, this process may take up to 12 weeks.
• Only transactions added to the bluebiz account after confirming participation will be considered for the promotion.

*Note: Regular and bonus blue credits are awarded upon reaching the entry level within the calendar year.

Other:

• Dutch law applies on these terms and conditions
• The terms and conditions of the bluebiz program also apply to this promotional offer.
• For each bluebiz, only one bluebiz promotion will be applicable. In cases where multiple bluebiz promotions are available for the same ticket, only the most generous promotion will be applied.
• If a ticket is re-issued, the date of re-issuance will be considered for this promotion instead of the original ticket issuance date.
• Bluebiz reserves the right to exclude registrations that appear to be fraudulent.
• Bluebiz is not responsible for network, hardware, or software issues, or electrical failures of any kind, which result in the delay or loss of the Participant's Registration Form or other information.
• Bluebiz reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions, definitions, and other information, or to terminate the promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
