The official company contact will receive a payment request confirmation. You can find the booking instructions here.

Remember, only a bluebiz designated travel agency can use blue credits for ticket payments or upgrades. Ensure the OIN is in the PNR and the tour code is in the fare quote. Please send this payment request at least 5 days before your first flight departs.

We are asking you to provide the name of the official contact of the company, so we can verify that the payment request is requested for the correct company.
Details of the reservation
We are asking you to provide the name of the passenger, so we can check if the name is a match with the PNR.
We are asking you to provide the total amount and currency, so we can check if the quote was correctly done.
We are asking you to provide the email address of the travel agency, so we can contact you in case we need more information.
