Airports where waiting can be fun!Travelling involves waiting. If you have to wait long for your next flight, you are lucky when you are on certain airports that invested in ‘the enjoyable wait’.



  • KLM’s home base Amsterdam Schiphol Airport hosts a branch of the Rijksmuseum where you can discover Dutch music, literature, and art.
  • Athens Airport also boasts its own mini-museum, with archaeological artifacts created as early as the Byzantine period.
