Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort

Huzou’s ‘horseshoe hotel’In China, there is no shortage of outrageous design hotels. This summer offers the launch of a new star in the hotel scene, shaped like a horseshoe. Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort is composed of two soaring, curved towers that connect at their peak to form an oval.

The towers of Huzhou’s new 27-floor hotel are submerged in water, making the building appear as a huge horseshoe. The hotel includes 282 rooms as well as an additional 39 hot spring villas. The hotel looks very futuristic, especially at night. The hotel offers boat services to tour the lake by yacht.

Huzhou is in the center of Yangtze River Delta Economic Area, next to Shanghai in the east, on the south beach of Taihu lake. It is an ancient Chinese city known for its silk production, calligraphy and painting. Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort is about one hours by car from Xiaoshan International Airport (HGH) in Hangzhou.
