Terms and Conditions of the Second Contact Person

Definitions

  • Official contact person: contact person who has the right to act on behalf of the company for the BlueBiz programme. The first contact person receives information on the program and receives the log-in to the BlueBiz account and can book tickets or flight related services for the company and pay them with Blue Credits. 
  • Second contact person: assigned by the Official Contact person of the company. This person receives the same information as the official contact person, but does not receive the log-in details for the BlueBiz Account

Terms and conditions:
By accepting these terms and conditions and by assigning a Second Contact Person, the Official Contact Person, agrees that this person receives the following information:

  • Your name and e-mail address (as Official Contact Person).
  • The BlueBiz number of the company
  • The BlueBiz Balance of the company
  • The number of Blue Credits used by the Company
  • The number of Blue Credits to expire by the company

The Official Contact Person also agrees that the Second Contact Person can request to become the Official Contact Person and can act on behalf of the company, in case the first contact person is out of the office. The Second Contact Person can do so by filling in the form on the BlueBiz Online Service Centre. In this case this person will become the Official Contact Person and receives the log-in to the BlueBiz account of the company and can book tickets or flight related services for the company and pay them with Blue Credits. The log-in of the former Official Contact Person will then be disabled. Please note that travel agents cannot be assigned as the second contact person.
