Your refund will be processed within 10 working days. Due to the increase in refunds because of the Coronavirus, the processing time for refunds may take a little longer. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
We understand it if you and/or your colleagues might not want to travel at the moment. Therefore we will apply a full refund in blue credits (if your reservation was paid with blue credits). Kindly mention the coronavirus in the comment box on this form.
