Request a refund

In your booking confirmation e-mail you will find the conditions for cancelling your ticket. To cancel flights paid with blue credits, simply request a refund using the form below. Please note that all flights in your booking will be cancelled.

Please note that you can only request a refund for tickets paid with blue credits via the form below. Please contact the airline if your ticket was paid with a different form of payment.

Your refund will be processed within 10 working days. Due to the increase in refunds because of the Coronavirus, the processing time for refunds may take a little longer. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

We understand it if you and/or your colleagues might not want to travel at the moment. Therefore we will apply a full refund in blue credits (if your reservation was paid with blue credits). Kindly mention the coronavirus in the comment box on this form.

We are asking you to provide the name of the official contact, so we can verify that the official contact is requesting a refund.
We are asking you to provide the passenger name so we know for which passenger we need to handle the refund.
