New Orleans is the US’ most affordable dining city, says Zagat Survey. According to a recent survey, combining feedback of over 3,000 local diners and covering 577 restaurants, a meal in New Orleans costs $28.36. This is well below cities like New York ($41.76), Chicago ($36.97) and Los Angeles ($34.85) and below the national average of $35.37.
