While travelling the world for business, you will come across signature dishes that cities you visit are known for.   • Beaver Tails - Ottawa, Canada. Of course it’s not a real animal tail, this delicacy is made of a fried dough base garnished with your choice of toppings: melted chocolate, maple sugar, cinnamon, sliced bananas or peanut butter.
  • Tacos - Austin, Texas. Tacos are cheap, nutritious and delicious. In Austin, everybody eats them, preferably from a food truck, servicing students, tourists and the late-late-night dining crowd.
  • Po'boys - New Orleans, Louisiana. The Po’boy sandwich must be the most widely recognized and best loved local product of New Orleans. This particular sandwich is served on a French bread (often a baguette) with meat - crab or roast beef are the most popular.
