improving its services
To make it easier for you to access your bluebiz account, we are currently switching to a new log-in system.
With our new log-in system, you’ll be able to:
- Use your existing Air France, KLM or Flying Blue account to log in to your bluebiz account overview, or
- Create a new Air France or KLM account and use your e-mail address and password to log in to your bluebiz account overview.

If you didn’t switch to the new bluebiz account, please log in using the login box on this page. You will be automatically redirected to the new account creation process. If you have forgotten your password, you can ask for a new one during the process.
If you already created a new account, you can:
- view your bluebiz account overview
- book a ticket with blue credits
- book flight-related services with blue credits
- book an upgrade with blue credits
- change a reservation with blue credits
If you are a new bluebiz member and:
- you didn’t create an account yet, please use the link in the e-mail you received from account@bluebiz.com to create your account. If you have lost this link, please contact the bluebiz service desk. We will send you a new one.
